Den Braven Montagefix Polyurethane Adhesive is a one component solvent free gap filling and bonding adhesive based on polyurethanes. This product has excellent adhesion to most substrates and is suitable for vertical applications. It is easy to apply and has good resistance to humidity and heat. The adhesive foams slightly during curing, thus giving gap filling properties.
USES
Den Braven Montagefix Polyurethane Adhesive is used to bond on interior and exterior: wood, concrete, natural stones, tiles, ceramic, steel, aluminium, plastic, insulating material like PU-foam, PS-foam, glasswool and rockwool. Can be used for gluing sandwich panels in construction.
APPLICATION
All surfaces should be clean, dry and dust free. Cut the cartridge seal and screw on the nozzle which should be cut to your required size. Using a skeleton gun, apply the adhesive onto one surface. It is necessary that one of the two surfaces are porous. Put the materials to be bonded together within the open time. Keep the connection under pressure until a hand tight bond is achieved.
