Cancellation & Returns
1.1 You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 30 days of the date of delivery to you. Such notice may be given by phone, mail, fax or email. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.
1.2 On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your cost unless we agree that you may dispose of them in which case please comply with the manufacturer’s instructions before disposing of hazardous goods. Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty*, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier. Once the product(s) have been received by us, your payment will be returned. *Goods are deemed faulty following manufacturer testing
1.3 If a decision has been made to return part of an order the buyer the refund will be calculated using the following formula:
Total Price Paid For Goods - Total Price Paid For Goods Retained By the Buyer - Advertised Price of Postage at Point of Purchase For Goods Retained By the Buyer = Refund
In a case where a buyer has been given a discount based on volume, this discount will now be null and void, and the following formula will be used to calculate the refund:
Total Price Paid For Goods - Advertised Price Paid For Goods at Point of Purchase Retained By the Buyer - Advertised Price of Postage at Point of Purchase For Goods Retained By the Buyer = Refund
1.4 Where the sale is Business to Business we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee plus the original cost of carriage.
