Idealseal LMN Silicone features premium neutral alcoxy curing technology to provide an easy to apply, odourless, UV resistant, corrosion free, flexible sealant. The sealant’s excellent adhesive properties produce a watertight and weather resistant seal without the need of a primer on most surfaces, accommodating joint movement of + or - 25%.

USES

Idealseal LMN Silicone is suitable for most building, construction, and glazing joints both internally and externally. It is commonly used for sealing joints and perimeter pointing around window and door frames, expansion and connection joints, panels within cold stores and cladding. It is also compatible with most common building materials such as plastics, glass, glazed surfaces, cap beading, treated wood, metal profiles, concrete and brickwork.

APPLICATION

Surfaces must be dry and dust free. Cut the cartridge seal and screw on nozzle which should be cut to required size. Gun the sealant firmly into joint ensuring no air is trapped behind. If required place masking tape along joint edges, removing within 5 minutes of application.
